My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, but there were some drawbacks. The rooms, although clean, were quite small and noisy due to their proximity to the stairs. The hotel could benefit from a little makeover, especially the dated bathrooms. Despite its cleanliness, the rooms were too cold even on hot days, making it challenging for kids to stay inside for long periods.
The hotel provided a very basic and clinical room experience, but it was clean and tidy, making me consider coming back. The room lacked natural light due to a small window opening and had a faint smell of smoke.
The hotel has good-sized rooms but needs attention. The bars and restaurants are nice, but a need for kingsize beds was felt. My stay felt claustrophobic and dark, not very clean. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful encounters alongside some rudeness. The location offered convenience with proximity to the town and seafront, but the pool area lacked seating. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some issues in food quality but great staff around.
